Fascias are attached to the trusses which run along the edge of your roof and their purpose is to support both the guttering and the bottom row of tiles. Your barge board's job is to protect the gable end of your home and the soffit is the board which is hidden underneath the fascia, it's the board you can see when you look up at your roofline from the ground below. You may notice that your soffits feature ventilation holes which allow condensation and moisture to escape before it causes the timber to rot.
If your gutters are blocked, old or they're struggling to cope with heavy rainfall, we can design and install bespoke gutter systems which can withstand inclement weather and prevent damage from occurring due to overflowing pipes.
The replacement fascias, barge boards, soffits and gutters we use are all constructed using PVCu. They're contemporary alternatives to timber which protect your property effectively whilst maintaining aesthetics and boosting kerb appeal.
